Falcon Software’s Project Management Office (PMO) is the foundation of our service excellence. Under the leadership of PMO Director Heather MacFayden, who brings over 30 years of project delivery expertise, the PMO drives a customer-first, quality-focused methodology that ensures every engagement achieves innovation, accuracy, and meaningful results.

At the core of this approach are our Project Delivery Teams, a multidisciplinary group of experts including Solution Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, UI/UX/ and Creative Designers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud & DevOps Engineers, QC and QA Specialists, Content and Accessibility Strategists, and Support Services. Together, they collaborate seamlessly to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
